Lead yourself and others REGARDLESS of your job title!
We know that when we work with people they get results, and we facilitate this in a way that is helpful, effective and transferable across life AND career. This career and leadership accelerator program is designed to support and develop future female STEM Leaders.
Grounded in positive psychology, the science of happiness and subjective well being, we coach and train skilled professionals to release their untapped potential. Using an Authentic Leadership approach, we promote higher levels of self-awareness, self-regulation, psychological capital (Hope, Efficacy, Resilience and Optimism) and an increased ability to take action to promote an efficacious presence across all levels of the organisation.
We are ALL Leaders - of ourselves and others regardless of our job title. Authentic Leaders will integrate these skills of self-awareness, self-regulation, psychological capital with agency (ACTION) to flourish and thrive in all areas of their career and life.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Executives, researchers, academics, clinicians and professionals working in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or Medicine (STEM) and corporate organisations. Our programs are tailored to both those with a formal leadership title or role, AND those who do not.
We all require the skills to lead ourselves with Authenticity before we can lead others.
The Results of this program are:
A global community embracing Authentic Leadership practice, where individuals are able to be the best version of themselves and bring their strengths to the world while thriving in life and career.
